To ensure we can continue providing the highest level of luxury care and dedicated time to every guest, we kindly ask that you review our salon policies before scheduling your visit.

• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We completely understand that life happens and schedules change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we gently ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time slot to clients on our waiting list.

• Our Deposit Policy: We choose not to take upfront booking deposits from our valued clients. However, to protect our small family business and our team's time, upfront deposits will be strictly required for any future bookings if a client repeatedly misses an appointment without letting us know.
